Natasha Clark, DNP, PMHNP-BC

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals achieve greater mental health and overall well-being.

In 2012 I began practicing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, caring for women in gynecologic oncology and chronic pelvic pain clinics. These experiences taught me how deeply physical health, emotional well-being, trauma, and mental health are interconnected. Driven by a desire to take care of both the physical and mental health needs of my patients, I went back to school and became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2017.

Since then, I have worked across a broad range of psychiatric settings, including child psychiatry, crisis stabilization, emergency psychiatry, and inpatient psychiatry.

In 2019, I founded Mindful Mental Health with the goal of providing accessible, thoughtful, and personalized psychiatric care. I provide medication management for children and adults. I also offer psychotherapy to adults and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence based therapy often used in the treatment of trauma and other distressing experiences.

My approach to mental health care is rooted in listening first. I believe that effective treatment goes beyond a diagnosis or prescription- it involves understanding the whole person, building trust, and working together to develop a treatment plan that fits the individual.
